I recently stayed at Prestige for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast provided at the hotel was simple but delicious, and I loved that I could also request other food from the chef. The accommodation itself was cozy and comfortable, allowing me to rest well during my stay. the hotel is in a great location, close to the riverside where I enjoyed evening walks. I also appreciated the fact that nearby restaurants had English and Mandarin menus available.

One aspect that detracted from my overall experience was the inconvenient bedside light with a short chain that required me to stand up to turn it off as I was falling asleep. Another downside was the spotty wifi, which was free but didn't seem to work consistently.

The walls are thin and noise can be an issue at night.

I had a wonderful stay at a lovely hotel by the river malecon and a pedestrian bridge. The location was perfect, just a short taxi ride away from the Baiterek monument. The hotel staff were extremely professional and friendly, making me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the river. The breakfast, cooked by a Russian lady, was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Astana.
